Why a workshop, not a demo

Agents only exist inside a process. So the work starts with the process.

Most of your workflows were designed for a world where a human touched every step. Drop an agent into one of those and you get a faster version of the wrong process. The workshop redesigns the process first, then places the agent where it belongs.

"If your business is willing to put in the work, this will work for you. Nobody walks in, opens a can and says here's your solution." Hood Gardner · Head of IT, ITW · Champions of Manufacturing 2026
The day in detail

Four sessions, one day. Each with a different room.

Sessions are built to take the least time from each group. Operational users are in session 1, IT joins for session 2, leadership attends 3 and 4.

01

Workflow discovery & future-state design

The core of the day. We map your workflows step by step at task level, then redesign them with the Champion running. This session also produces the agent configuration: communication rules, chase cadences, exception logic, alert routing.

Operational department leaders and their teams
02

Systems integration & security

A focused technical session on the integration points between Champion AI and your systems: what data flows where, what IT needs to support, deployment options and data handling. No surprises later.

IT lead · this session only
03

Strategic alignment

A private conversation with leadership on where the business wants to take the function, and the supply chain challenges that keep them up at night. The deployment is designed around those outcomes.

04

AI Roadmap

Where the technology is now, where it's going, and how leading manufacturers are repositioning.

Senior leadership & C-suite sponsors

The first workshops are built around procure-to-pay. Plan-to-make and order-to-cash workshops follow the same structure and can be scoped on the booking call.

What you leave with

A complete deployment specification. Not a proposal.

Something tangible, built with your team from your data, that your leadership can read and approve before a line of configuration is written.

01

Current-state documentation

Your workflow mapped at task level, documented by the people who do the work. A precise baseline of how your team spends its time today.

02

Future-state agentic workflow

Your workflow redesigned with the Champion running: which tasks are handled autonomously, where your team stays in control, what the day looks like for your buyers.

03

Agent configuration specification

The rules that govern how your Champion operates: supplier communications, chase cadences, escalation logic, exception handling, alert routing.

04

Systems integration requirements

A documented map of the integration between Champion AI and your systems, and what is standard versus what needs scoping.

05

Business case

Hours recovered per buyer from your task breakdown, reduction in manual exception handling from your volumes, and the operational impact of your priority use cases, quantified.

Common questions

Before you book.

Is this a sales demo?

No. It's a working session that produces documents your team owns: the current-state map, the redesigned workflow, the agent configuration, the integration requirements and the business case. You decide what to do with them afterwards.

Do we need to be a QAD customer?

No. The workshop is built around your process, not your ERP. Session 2 covers integration with whatever systems you run.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Operational users are needed for session 1 only. IT joins for session 2. Leadership attends sessions 3 and 4. Nobody needs to be present for the whole day.

Where does the workshop run?

At your site, with your team. The mapping is much more accurate when the people who do the work are in the room with the people who manage it.
